How to rebuild index?

Having moved lots of things around inside my dokuwiki 'manually' (i.e.
by moving directories around using the command line) there are lots of
non-existent hierarchies in the .idx files.

I've noticed these in particular when editing ACLs, there are lots of
directory hierarchies shown there which do not exist (I assume this is
because of the .idx files).

What's the easiest way to clear out and rebuild the .idx files?

Thank you, installed and run, it doesn't fix my problem though.

So, where does the ACL Management get it's view of the wiki from? I
have (as I said) run searchindex but I still have *loads* of nonexistent
namespaces appearing in the selection box on the LHS of the ACL
Management page.

It lists all directories and files from the pages dir and all
directories from the media dir.

That's probably it then, I need to go and clear out the media
directories, thank you! :-)
